Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

This policy explains what personal information American Private Banker (“we,” “us”) collects through americanprivatebanker.co, our booking pages, our phone and text services, and our checkout, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It does not apply to other websites we link to, including social media platforms.

1. Information we collect

You give it to us when you book an appointment, call or text us, speak with Jessica, our AI booking assistant, email us, or buy from us: your name, phone number, email address, the date and time you choose, and anything you say or write to us. If you buy a product, we also receive your name, email and order details. Payment card numbers go directly to our payment processor, and we do not store them.

Collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie or similar identifiers (see section 4).

Phone calls. Jessica is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. When you call, our systems may record the call and keep a transcript and summary so we can book your appointment, follow up and improve the service. Do not share information you do not want recorded. You can ask us to delete a recording or transcript at any time (section 9).

2. How we use information

To answer questions, schedule and hold appointments, send confirmations and reminders, deliver purchases, provide the APB Manual and private consultations, keep business and tax records, prevent fraud and misuse, understand how our site is used, and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

Our site currently uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-7BP7X1KVCW) and our website platform’s built-in analytics. Identifiers we have observed on the site:

Your choices: block or delete cookies in your browser settings; install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; adjust ad personalization in your Google and social-media account settings; or email us and we will note an opt-out of advertising measurement. Blocking cookies may affect booking pages. The site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Text messages and email

If you give us your mobile number to book or confirm an appointment, you agree that we may text you about that appointment, including confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. We send marketing email or text only to people who have asked for it or have an existing business relationship with us, and each marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (receipts, delivery of your purchase, appointment notices) may still be sent.

6. Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, order details and a payment confirmation, and we keep them for our business and tax records. Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. After that we delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (section 9), subject to records we must keep by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing or advertising measurement. Some states give residents specific rights over their personal information, and we will honor reasonable requests from anyone, wherever they live. To make a request, email americanprivatebanker@gmail.com or call (570) 720-7779, and tell us the name, email or phone number you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You will not be treated differently for making a request.

10. Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Educational content

American Private Banker content is educational and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full account numbers through our forms, calls or texts.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be posted on this page.
